[X50 Ultra Complete] Mop pads too low?

I’ve made a ramp to allow the vacuum to access a higher level, it’s only 13cm high. Is has no problem using the ramp until the mop pads are installed then they catch on the lower part of the ramp and the vacuum aborts the task. The mop pads are also scraping across the carpet when it’s making its way to a hard floor area.

Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Regarding the issue you reported, we recommend first checking the slope angle of the ramp. If the ramp angle exceeds 12°, the robot may have difficulty climbing it, which could cause the mop pads or mop holder to rub against or become caught on the ramp. This may then trigger the robot's obstacle or stuck protection and cause the cleaning task to be aborted.

In addition, we recommend checking the following:

Please ensure that the mop lifting function is working properly.
Check the thickness of the carpet. If the carpet is close to or thicker than 2 cm, the robot may identify it as an obstacle.
The mop lifting height is limited, so when traveling across thicker carpets, the mop pads may lightly brush against the carpet surface. This can be a normal occurrence under certain conditions.

Thank you for your understanding and support. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
