I have a large step that my vaccum cant get down
Can i lift the robot down to the area
Or will it nit hoover once down

Regarding the situation you described, we recommend using the Multi-Floor Map feature to set up a separate cleaning area for the lower level beyond the step.

Multi-Floor Map Cleaning
1. Tap "Map Editing" → "Multi-Floor Map Management" → "Create Map" to create a multi-floor map.
2. Move the robot to the target area where there is no docking station, then start cleaning via the app or the robot's buttons.
3. During mopping, you can manually move the robot back to the docking station to activate the mop-washing function.
4. After all cleaning tasks are completed, the robot will return to its starting point. You can then manually move it back to the dock for charging.
Multi-Floor Map Management
1. For the first mapping process, the robot should start from the docking station. The map will be automatically saved once mapping is completed and the robot returns to the dock.
2. When "Multi-Floor" mode is selected, the robot will return to its starting point after completing mapping or cleaning tasks on a floor without a docking station.
3. When "Multi-Floor" mode is selected, we recommend enabling "Intelligent Recognition" for automatic map switching.

Note: If the saved map becomes disorganized, the cleaning route appears abnormal, or the robot shows unusual cleaning behavior, please delete the current map, tidy the area, and create a new map.

Tips
Before mopping, please wash the mop pads through the app or manually dampen them.
If the robot is moved back to the docking station during cleaning and then returned to the original target area within 15 minutes, it will continue the unfinished cleaning task.
