Charging

My robot is not charging. The light is on, the robot is in the base. But in the app appears with battery 0%. It has been one hour and nothing happens

It’s going to sound silly but have you made sure the power light to the docking station is plugged in with a power on light showing? Might be the cable or fuse. Double check the dock has power and the robot is pushed right back into the dock so it’s against its charging pins. It can be rather awkward to get the robot all the way back into the dock to its charging pins. If all seems fine you will have to contact your supplier. Let me know how you got on with this problem🙂

Under normal circumstances, the robot's indicator light will flash white while charging and remain solid white when fully charged. If you have confirmed that the light is not flashing normally, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:

1. Check whether the charging dock/base station is properly connected to power. Make sure both ends of the power cable are securely plugged in.
2. Clean the charging contacts on both the charging dock/base station and the robot to ensure good contact during charging.
3. Restart the robot after it has been charged for some time and check whether it can work normally.
