Video / Patrol Issues

What is going on? I have had A2 3000 for just about 6 month and the video camera or patrol mode has only ever worked once. 99% of time I get poor signal error. I even added an external wifi access point right next to the robot and same error.
What is going on? do we really need to go through dreame server if it is this unstable? I have checked my firewall logs and I have nothing blockign the system I have sent like 10 support tickets.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

The real-time video and patrol features require a relatively strong and stable Wi-Fi connection. If the Wi-Fi signal is weak or unstable, a "Poor Signal" error may occur more frequently.

At the same time, our technical team is already aware of this issue and is working hard on software optimizations to improve performance and stability. A new firmware version is currently planned for release around the end of this month, and we hope this update will resolve or significantly improve the issue.
