X50 - Returning to dock to charge but has 63% charge

Just taken delivery of a new X 50 and I’m finding it returns to the docking station to charge even though it still reporting 63% capacity. Is there a known reason for this?

Under normal circumstances, the robot will automatically return to the dock for recharging when the battery level becomes low, typically at around 15% remaining battery.

To help us better understand the situation, could you please confirm whether the robot had already completed the entire cleaning task when it returned to the dock with 63% battery remaining? In addition, did the robot indicate that it was returning to recharge, or did it return to the base station to perform mop washing or another maintenance task? This information will help us further determine the cause of the behavior.
