Sometimes my robot gets sort of lost and goes round in circles does anyone know why it does that pls?

Regarding the issue you are experiencing, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Please turn off the robot and flip it over. Press the drive wheels with both hands and check whether there are any foreign objects tangled inside. If you find any debris, please remove it and manually rotate the wheels to ensure they move smoothly.

2. Move the robot to an open area and restart it. Please try to avoid operating the robot in environments with strong light or very dark flooring, as these conditions may affect its normal operation.

3. Please check whether the LDS (laser distance sensor) on the top of the robot is rotating properly. If there is any dust or debris, please clean it.

4. Restart the robot and try again.

5. Open the robot's top cover and press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to restore the factory settings. Then restart the robot and check whether the issue persists.

Please note: Resetting the robot will erase all data, including any maps you have created. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
