It keeps mopping the carpet

Even though it clearly shows the rug as carpet, it keeps mopping it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Regarding the carpet cleaning issue, we recommend that you first check the following:

1. Please check the carpet cleaning settings and confirm whether the "Ignore Carpets" or "Cross Carpets" option has been enabled.

2. Please tap on the affected carpet area on the map and check whether a separate cleaning setting has been configured for that carpet. Make sure the settings are correct.

3. If you would like to completely prevent the robot from cleaning the carpeted area, you can set up No-Go Zones and Virtual Walls around the carpet.

If the carpet settings are correct and the issue continues during subsequent cleaning tasks, please provide us with the following information:

The device SN (Serial Number)
The current firmware version of the device
A screenshot of the carpet settings page

Once we receive the above information, our technical team will further analyze and investigate the issue.
