Brush unscrewing itself.

Around a month or so ago I changed my external brush. I keep having frequent occasions now where I’m finding the brush head on the floor.
I’ve taken some photos and videos of me screwing this brush in place and showing no movement from it. But I’m at a loss on how to show why this is happening?
What can i do as I’ve tried changing them a few times thinking maybe it’s a dodgy screw but clearly it’s not?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We recommend trying the following steps:

When the robot is cleaning, the side brush may become entangled with electrical cables, charging cords, or other similar objects on the floor. Please remove the side brush and check whether any foreign objects are lodged in it. Clean it if necessary.

After cleaning, place the robot near the area to be cleaned and start a continuous cleaning task. Before each cleaning session, we also recommend tidying up any cables and objects on the floor to help prevent entanglement.

Please also try resetting the robot. Open the robot's top cover and locate the small reset hole near the Wi-Fi indicator. Press it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt: "Starting factory reset." Then restart the robot and check whether it operates normally.

Please note: Resetting the robot will erase all data, including any maps that have already been created. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the above factors have been ruled out and the issue still persists, please provide the device's serial number (SN) and proof of purchase to our after-sales service team so that we can further investigate and provide a more appropriate solution.
