Dreame threshold ramp

I have recently bought the Dreame L50S Pro Ultra Robotic Vacuum Cleaner and am having trouble with it accessing my porch I have placed a ramp on the inside of what used to be my old front door and one on the other side but despite trying numerous ramps it's able to get into the porch just not back into the house to dock any suggestions on how to overcome this would be really appreciated . It goes upto the white ramp but then rolls back down

The L50s Pro Ultra is able to cross obstacles up to approximately 2.2 cm in height. If the threshold is close to or exceeds this height, or if the ramp is too steep or has a slippery surface, the robot's obstacle-crossing performance may be affected.

We recommend the following:

1. Check the actual height of the threshold and the angle of the ramp. If the ramp angle is greater than 12°, please use a longer and gentler ramp.
2. Add anti-slip material to the surface of the ramp to improve traction.
3. If there is a gap or height difference in the middle of the door track, it may affect the robot's ability to cross. Please ensure the wheels can maintain stable contact with the ramp.
4. In the app's map interface, set up a Threshold Crossing Area to help the robot navigate the threshold more effectively.
