Navigation chunky

Hi,

I have recently bought a matrix 10 ultra.
Compared to my previous dreame vacuum wihich is 3-4 years old this new one seems to be a bit more clunky in navigation during cleaning phases.

For this issue, we recommend checking whether there is any hair, dust, or debris tangled around the wheels, as this may affect the robot's movement and navigation.

We also suggest cleaning the robot's LDS (laser sensor) and AI camera lens to ensure they are free from dust, fingerprints, or other obstructions that could impact navigation performance.

After cleaning, please run another cleaning task and observe whether the navigation improves.
