Mopping

For some reason my machine is mopping dry when I ask it to vac and mop anyone else had this if so how did you resolve.

May I ask which model you are using?

This issue may be caused by the water outlet holes underneath the robot being blocked by limescale or debris, preventing water from reaching the mop pads. We recommend carefully checking the water outlets and gently clearing them with a toothpick or a thin wire, then testing the mopping function again to see if the issue is resolved.

If I ask it to mop it cleans as expected it only when I schedule a clean
