Clicking issue

This is brand new out of the box and has an annoying clicking.  We have tried everything suggested, and nothing has helped . Has anyone had this issue? This is a replacement for our first x50 that failed to instal mod pads. Can't say im too impressed atm .

We recommend checking whether the main brush cover is installed correctly. Please try removing it and reinstalling it securely, then test the robot again.

In addition, when the robot passes over tile gaps or floor transitions, it may make a slight clicking sound as the brush and cleaning components come into contact with these surface changes during cleaning. This is considered normal behavior and will not affect the robot's performance or operation.
