[L40s Pro Ultra] Juddering while in motion

Hi,

My device has recently started juddering and “jumping” while driving itself towards an area/zone to be cleaned, particularly when it is travelling at higher speed.

I thoroughly cleaned all of the sensors and carried out a full factory reset. After the reset, the device appeared to work perfectly, with no juddering or jumping. However, the problem returned again the following day.

I have also checked the drive wheels, as suggested elsewhere. They appear to turn normally, and I cannot see any obvious damage, such as missing or damaged gear teeth.

What I find particularly strange is that the factory reset immediately appeared to resolve the problem, only for the exact same issue to return the next day.

The video shows motion on tiles, and they are not uneven in case that is a given answer. But to me it seems like it senses somehow the join in the tiles and gets confused.

When new, and when factory reset, no judder. But it returns.

Any advice on what could be causing this would be appreciated.
