Not impressed with my new x60 Pro Ultra Complete

This arrived this week and I set it up last night. Mapped easily enough but when ever I set it to clean rooms it heads out of the dock about 1m, vacuum starts up and then it comes up with an error message and returns to the dock. I’ve done every suggested fix, there is nothing blocking the route and even reset and started again but the same problem comes up. Hoping Dreame will respond quickly to my email.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Based on the image you provided, the map appears to have recognition and mapping abnormalities.

We recommend repositioning the charging dock and creating a new map.

Recommendations:

1. Place the charging dock against a wall, ensuring there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 ft) of free space on both sides and 1 meter (3.3 ft) of unobstructed space in front of the dock.

2. Please do not manually move the robot while it is operating, as this may affect its positioning and mapping.

3. Strong lighting or highly reflective environments may interfere with the mapping process.

4. We recommend closing curtains or running the robot during periods of lower ambient light. For highly reflective surfaces, please ensure that reflective areas up to 26 cm (10.2 inches) from the floor are covered. When cleaning reflective surfaces, start from the bottom portion of the surface.

5. Please inspect and clean the navigation sensors using a soft cloth or tissue.
