X50 Ultra Complete Not doing a good job

My X50 Ultra Complete doesn’t vacuum very well. There’s always abit of dirt left here and there after a cycle. I’ve also notice the corner bristles no longer comes on to get the dirt on the sides, Also it hasn’t detected my Ensuit bathroom as a bathroom hence it doesn’t mop it, how do I fix these issues.

For the issue of dust remaining after cleaning, we recommend cleaning the robot's filter and checking whether the main brush shows any signs of wear or damage.

For the side brush not extending properly, please try setting the side brush extension frequency to "High Frequency" in the app and check whether this improves the cleaning performance (see attached image).

As for the bathroom not being recognized correctly, the robot's automatic room recognition may occasionally assign an incorrect room type. You can manually rename the room by following the steps shown in the attached image.
