My X 60 Ultra Compleat doesn’t charge

For this issue, we recommend first checking whether the base station is properly powered on.

If this is a new device, please make sure that all protective films have been removed from the robot, then manually place the robot onto the charging station to ensure proper alignment.

Also, please inspect the charging contacts on both the robot and the charging station. If there is any dirt, dust, moisture, or residue on the contacts, clean them carefully and try charging again.
