Dreame L40 Ultra AE not charging

Hi suddenly started having issues with the robot not charging. The robot and base have been cleaned. Robot will say Start charging but only charges to 13% . Any ideas what is causing this? Have had it since May this year so not long.

Seems odd, have you tried re-installing it; sounds like it’s stuck in a loop; reinstalling or possibly switch off at plug and on again might help it.

Yeah tried all that. Thought I finally got it charging last night only to find it at 0% this morning and offline

Regarding this issue, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:

1. Please make sure that the charging dock/base station is connected to a power source. Ensure that both ends of the power cable are securely plugged in.

2. While charging, the power indicator should flash white. Once the robot is fully charged, the indicator will remain solid white.

3. Please clean the charging contacts on both the robot and the charging dock/base station to ensure good contact during charging.

If the issue persists after trying the above steps, we recommend contacting our after-sales support team and providing the robot's SN (serial number) and proof of purchase. We will review the situation and provide further assistance.
