Orange Brush

We've had our robot hoover about 6 months and have had a consistent issue where the orange tabs on the bush keep working their way off and jamming.

I keep removing and sliding them back into the guides but it keeps happening. The black brush is fine.

Is this a known issue and/or how do i go about getting a replacement?

Based on the issue you described, we recommend that you:

1. Remove the brush cover and take out the brush roller. Check whether there is any debris, hair, or foreign object tangled around the brush. If so, please clean it thoroughly.
2. After cleaning, reinstall the brush roller and manually rotate it to ensure that it spins smoothly.
3. When reinstalling the brush roller, please make sure that the brush cover is securely clipped into place on all sides.

If the issue with the orange tabs persists, we recommend contacting our after-sales service team. Please provide the following information:

Device SN (serial number)
Proof of purchase
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
