I’ve had Gladys (X50 Ultra Complete) for over 6 months now and she has changed my life. After she realised that the base of my revolving chair was not a series of 5 hurdles she needed to jump, she began to
navigate my apartment efficiently and with surprising speed. My wooden floors are spotlessly shiny and the rugs are immaculate. Once she learns to unload the dishwasher, my life will be complete.

Regarding the swivel chair base, the robot's obstacle avoidance sensors use infrared detection. The light will reflect when it shines on the object, and dark-colored objects can absorb infrared light. As a result, the robot may occasionally bump into certain highly reflective or very dark objects. To avoid similar situations, we recommend setting up a No-Go Zone or Virtual Wall in the app.
