Robot fixed but came back with damage and very dirty

Sent my L40AE off for a repair a couple of weeks ago. Delivery was all well sorted but the robot dock came back with big gouges on the side and, despite being told I had to clean it thoroughly before sending, came back full of dirt.

Would advise you to take lots of photos before sending for repair. I took a lot of the robot but assumed the dock would be fine.
