Hello,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please try the following steps:

1. The dust bin may be full. Please open the robot's top cover, remove the dust bin, and clean out any debris inside.

2. Remove the filter and gently tap it against the edge of a trash bin to remove dust and debris from the surface. Rinse the filter with clean water and make sure it is completely dry before reinstalling it. Then restart the robot and check whether it works properly.

3. Remove the main brush from the bottom of the robot, clean the brush thoroughly, and check whether the main suction inlet is blocked by any foreign objects.

4. Please use the Maximum Suction Mode for cleaning and check whether the cleaning performance improves.

We hope the above information is helpful. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Make sure the dust bin and filter are clean and correctly fitted. Check the main brush and side brushes for any hair or debris. Clean the mop pads and make sure they are fitted correctly. Check that the base station’s washboard/tray is clean and there’s no blockage underneath. In the Dreamehome app, check that the robot is set to the appropriate cleaning mode and that the mop washing frequency/water settings are suitable for your floor.

Yes everything is currently fitted check. But issue persists
Not much more I can add if it's all clean and fitted. Best to go back to support at dreamesupport@dreame.tech and let them take a proper look.
