Change wi fi

We have changed internet providers. How do I change this on my vacuum?

Factory reset the vacuum and set it up again on the new network. Make sure it's 2.4GHz.

You only need to reconnect the robot to Wi‑Fi in the same way as when you first connected it to the app.

1.Open the top cover of the robot and locate the Wi‑Fi indicator.

2.Press and hold the Power button and the Dock button simultaneously for about 3 seconds.

3.When you hear the voice prompt "Waiting for network configuration" and the Wi‑Fi indicator starts blinking slowly, release the buttons.

4. The app will then guide you to the network setup page. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to connect the robot to your new Wi‑Fi network.
