Why does my L50s Pro Ultra keep pausing?

A number of times now my 1 month old L50s Pro Ultra pauses before finishing its 3 room task. There's no obvious issue with the battery, both water tanks are as they should be etc.

The most annoying thing is there doesn't seem to be any way of knowing what the issue is. It's all very well the unit announcing (in a very quiet voice) what it's doing all the time but if you miss the announcement, from what I can tell, you're a bit screwed!

Based on the issue you described, we recommend trying the following steps:

1. If the robot's battery is depleted, it will automatically shut down and stop the cleaning task. You can enable "Resume Cleaning Mode" under "More Features". Once this feature is enabled, the robot will automatically resume the cleaning task from where it was interrupted after it is fully charged.

2. Please check whether a pet or a family member may have accidentally pressed the pause button.

3. Please check whether the robot has become stuck on an obstacle or trapped by an object, causing the cleaning task to pause.

4. Please restart the robot and try again.

5. If you missed the robot's voice prompt, you can also check the app to see whether any error messages are displayed.

Worth working through the steps support listed above, and if it's still pausing I'd do a factory reset and let it remap.
