Whilst mopping floor isn’t getting wet

The floor does seem to be getting wet when it is mopping? Please can someone help?

You can adjust the wetness in the settings

Yes you can change moisture levels in the settings of your device. That should help it

We recommend using a thin wire or a paper clip to carefully clean the water outlet holes located underneath the robot, as they may be blocked.

You can also set the mop moisture level to the highest setting in the app and then test the robot again to see if the issue is resolved.
