Using without Internet (not WiFi)

Is it possible to use the Vacuum (and mop functions) without Internet but still connected to my local WiFi? I am not talking about scheduled cleaning.

You can always start it from the button on the robot itself, but the app side needs the internet connection, so I'd not expect much control without it.
