Not get my daily points

Can anyone help me I not get my daily login points how can I sort this 🤔

Log fully out and go back in.  Go to a few different forum posts.

We've checked your account and can see that your current points balance is 189. To help us look into this further, could you please let us know approximately how many points you believe you are missing?

Also, do you remember when you first noticed that the daily login points were no longer being credited to your account?

I clean daily and I notice for the last 2 weeks about I have not been receiving my points I uninstalled the app and redownload it and I worked for 2 days and then stopped again I don’t understand why this is happening
