L10s Ultra Gen 3 has a mind of its own?

I’m not a novice with robot vacuums (over 10 years) but never had a combined vacuum and mopping one.
I took time to set up exclusion areas and, for a while, it worked well but suddenly started to ignore the exclusions.
I tried a number of resetting exclusions but to no avail so I don’t want it cleaning anymore until I have time to sort it.
I turned the schedule cleaning routines off but it kept cleaning. So I deleted them completely and it still cleans!
Has anyone come across this and knows how to stop it? Is it best to just reset and start from scratch or just put it in a cupboard until the battery drains?
Not as much a fan at the moment as I was in the first few months of ownership. Seems very unpredictable

Hello,

Regarding the issue you mentioned about restricted areas being ignored and the robot starting cleaning automatically, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

For restricted areas not working properly:

Please make sure the map has been saved correctly and that you tapped the "√" button after configuring the restricted areas.
Check whether the robot has a stable network connection. Weak or unstable Wi-Fi may prevent restricted area information from being synchronized or saved properly.
If the robot is performing re-localization, it may temporarily enter restricted areas. Once localization is completed, it should normally follow the restricted area settings.
Please check whether the map contains any tilt, overlap, or other abnormalities. Such map issues may affect navigation and restricted area functionality. If you notice any irregularities, we recommend either restoring a normal map through the app or creating a new map.
If you have multiple maps saved, please ensure the robot has switched to the correct map for the floor it is currently on. Otherwise, localization errors or restricted area issues may occur.

For the robot continuing to clean after schedules have been disabled or deleted:

Please check whether Smart Scene or any other automation features are enabled.
Make sure the Dreame App has been updated to the latest version.
Check that the charging base power cable is securely connected. If the base is not providing stable power, the robot may repeatedly leave and reconnect to the dock.
If the robot has been shared with other users, please make sure no one else is remotely operating it.
Also check whether accidental contact with the robot or charging base may have affected the charging connection and triggered unexpected behavior.

If the issue persists, we recommend sending the following information to our after-sales team for further assistance:
