L50s mopping solution not adding

I bought my L50s nearly 4 months ago, used it a lot, but it does not seem to use its mopping solution. I still have the same amount about 200ml in the tank as I have originally added. Would someone be able to help?

When the mop pads are washed, the cleaning solution is automatically dispensed into the water circuit and mixed with water. The amount used each time is quite small, so changes in the liquid level may not be obvious.

Under normal usage, if the robot performs one cleaning cycle per day, a full tank of cleaning solution can last for approximately six months. Therefore, it is normal for the liquid level to decrease very slowly and for the change to be difficult to notice visually.

If you believe the liquid level has not changed at all or that the robot is not dispensing any cleaning solution, please follow these steps:

1. Check whether the Automatic Detergent Addition function is enabled. If it is disabled, please enable it and start a mop pad washing cycle. After the wash is complete, gently shake the dirty water tank and check whether there is foam inside. If foam is present, it indicates that the base station is dispensing the cleaning solution correctly.

2. Remove the cleaning solution cartridge and, while holding it upright, shake it firmly a few times. If liquid comes out from the outlet at the bottom of the cartridge, the cleaning solution dispensing system is functioning normally.
