Alexa to Trigger Custom Cleaning

We have been asking for such a long time to have Alexa trigger custom cleaning Scene/Routines. For example - Mop only or Vac & Mop. Please can this be updated. Please don’t just reply saying thank you for your feedback. We have been asking for this for over a year now.

Hello,

Thank you for your continued interest in our products and for consistently sharing your suggestions with us.

We understand that you would like Alexa to be able to directly trigger different custom cleaning scenarios, such as Mop Only or Vacuum & Mop, for a more convenient and flexible cleaning experience. We have received similar feedback from a number of users, and your suggestion has once again been documented and forwarded to our product team for evaluation.

As the development of such features involves coordination across multiple teams, we are currently unable to provide a specific timeline or guarantee whether this functionality will be implemented.

We will continue to monitor user demand for enhanced voice control and personalized cleaning features, and we will once again relay your feedback to the product team in the hope that this functionality can be made available as soon as possible.
