Scraper blade fell off after 5th use of robot

I bought the dreame aqua 10 ultra complete and the structural plastic hinge point holding the metal-reinforced scraper blade axis has completely snapped it dosnt click back in and after some research it doesn't seem like it can has anyone else experienced this and what can I do now too repair it I spent alot of money on this and feel let down

Snapped hinge on a nearly new machine isn't something you can fix at home. Email aftersales@dreame.tech with your SN and some photos and see what they say.
