L50s mopping a patch of floor and won't move on

I just set up my l50s pro and it ran a cleaning session last night after mapping. I've done another today but it is only cleaning one patch of floor. Its been doing it for about 30 minutes!
How do I get it to move on?!

Brand new map can throw it out like that — I'd do a factory reset and let it remap from scratch, then see if it still parks on that one patch.

Hello,

To troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, please follow the steps below:

1. Power off the robot and turn it over. Press down on the main wheels with both hands and check whether there are any foreign objects tangled inside. If any debris is found, please remove it and manually move the wheels to ensure they rotate smoothly.

2. Move the robot to an open area and restart it. Please avoid operating the robot in environments with strong direct light or very dark flooring, as these conditions may affect its normal operation.

3. Check whether the LDS sensor on top of the robot is rotating normally. If there is any debris or obstruction, please clean it promptly.

4. Restart the robot and try again.

5. Reset the robot. Open the top cover of the robot and locate the small reset hole next to the Wi-Fi indicator. Press and hold it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt: “Starting factory reset.” Then restart the robot and check whether it operates normally.

*Please note that resetting the robot will erase all data, including any maps that have already been created. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the issue persists after following the above steps, please feel free to contact us and provide a screenshot of the map interface so that we can further investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding.
