Is it normal for half of the camera image to appear black?

I noticed that the images captured by the robot vacuum's obstacle recognition camera are partially black. In several recognition images, almost half of the frame on the left side appears completely black, while only the other half shows the surroundings.
Is this normal behavior for this model, or could there be an issue with the camera, lens, or image processing?
I have attached screenshots showing the issue for reference.

That half-black frame doesn't look right to me. Worth emailing aftersales@dreame.tech with those screenshots and your SN so they can take a proper look.

To help us further verify the issue, please check whether the same problem occurs when using the live video feature, specifically whether part of the image also appears black during the live view.
