Dear Dreame Technical Support,
I am experiencing several problems with my Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat and the Dreamehome application.
Device:
● Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat
● Dreamehome version 2.6.6
● iPhone with iOS 27
● iPad with iPadOS 27
The problems started after updating the Apple devices to iOS/iPadOS 27.
1. Map disappeared from the application
Initially, the map completely disappeared from the Dreamehome application. The map area was empty and most controls were greyed out.
The robot itself was online and working normally. The Deco M4 router showed that the robot was connected to Wi-Fi with a strong signal and had an IP address.
I also tested the application on both an iPhone and an iPad. The same problem occurred on both devices.
I cleared the Dreamehome application cache, restarted the application and checked the relevant Bluetooth, Location and Local Network permissions, but this did not resolve the problem.
2. Network test
I then created a separate IoT Wi-Fi network on my TP-Link Deco M4 and connected the robot to this new network.
Immediately after connecting the robot to the new IoT network, the previously missing maps became visible again.
This indicates that the original problem was related to the network configuration or communication between the robot and Dreame services, rather than the maps being deleted.
3. Remaining problem – robot route is not displayed
Although the map is now visible again on the new IoT network, there is still another problem:
The robot’s current route/path is not displayed on the map.
The robot performs the cleaning task, but the cleaning trajectory is not shown in the Dreamehome application.
This problem is still present, particularly on the iPad running iPadOS 27.
What I would like you to clarify
Could you please confirm:
1. Is there a known compatibility problem between Dreamehome 2.6.6 and iOS/iPadOS 27 affecting map display or real-time robot positioning?
2. Is the missing robot route a known issue with the L10s Pro Ultra Heat?
3. Could the route/position data require a separate communication channel or network service that may be blocked or handled differently on the Deco M4 network?
4. Is there a recommended network configuration for the L10s Pro Ultra Heat when using a separate IoT/VLAN network?
5. Is there a diagnostic procedure or log that you can use to determine why the robot’s map is available but its real-time position/route is not being displayed?
I do not want to reset the robot or create a new map, as the existing map has now been successfully recovered.
Please advise on the next diagnostic steps.
Kind regards,
Jiří Jimel
