Using X50 ultra on multiple floors

Hi, how should I ask the Dreame x50 to mop my 2 bathroom floors upstairs when the base is downstairs? The upstairs is mapped but now the base is back downstairs, i don't want to confuse it. Also it cleans and attaches the mop pads before leaving the base when yoj ask it to mop and area.

Carry it up and let it pick the saved upstairs map, then start the bathrooms from there — it'll just run on the water in its own tank with no base to wash the pads mid-clean. Fit the pads before you take it up and give them a rinse when you bring it back down.

Hi,

For cleaning on a different floor with a saved multi-floor map, you can manually carry the robot to the target floor where there is no docking station and then start the cleaning task from the app or directly using the robot's button.

For mopping tasks, we recommend washing the mop pads through the app before moving the robot upstairs, or manually dampening the mop pads in advance.

During mopping, if you would like the robot to wash the mop pads, you can manually bring it back to the docking station to perform mop washing and then return it to the target floor.

Once the cleaning task is completed, the robot will return to its starting location on that floor. You can then manually place it back on the docking station for charging.

Please note that if the robot returns to the docking station during a cleaning task and is taken back to the target floor within 15 minutes, it should be able to continue the unfinished task from where it left off.

We hope this helps and makes multi-floor cleaning easier for you.
