D20 pro plus mapping

We recently got a D20 Pro Plus robot vacuum. When it initially mapped the house, the door to the garden was open & I had to quickly block it from trying to escape. Now, that part of the map is messed up. Am I able to re-map just that area, or do I have to do the whole floor again?

I'd factory reset and let it map the whole floor again with the door shut — quicker than fighting with patching that bit.

Hello, currently the device does not support remapping only a specific section of the map. We recommend allowing the robot to complete a few full cleaning cycles, as it can automatically update the map based on the actual environment. You can then check whether the affected area gradually returns to normal.

If the issue persists, we recommend creating a new map for that floor to ensure more accurate mapping results. We hope this information is helpful.
