Does anyone have an issue with the pads coming off really easily?

Check everything is clean where they connect — if it's still happening, it's worth looking at whether it's going over any mats that could knock them off.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

If the mop pad cloth comes off:

Please check whether the mop cloth is attached evenly and securely. Also, check whether the hook-and-loop fastener on the mop pad holder still has sufficient adhesion and can hold the mop cloth properly.

If the mop pad holder comes off:

1. With the robot turned off, please check whether the mop pad holder is installed properly. We recommend turning on the robot before installing the mop pad holder, as installing it while the robot is powered off may prevent it from attaching magnetically.

2. When the robot crosses carpets, thresholds, or small steps, the mop pad holder may become caught and fall off. We recommend setting no-mop zones to prevent the robot from entering these areas while carrying the mop pad holder. Before cleaning, please also remove or organize any power cords on the floor to prevent them from becoming tangled around the mop pad holder and causing it to fall off.

3. Manually reinstall the mop pad holder and check whether it attaches magnetically.

4. Restart the robot and try again.
