Room issue...

Hi everyone,
​I’ve been using my Dreame X10 Matrix for almost a year with great results (just a few minor, irrelevant issues until now). However, for a few weeks, the robot has started refusing to go into one specific room. It cleans all the other rooms fine, but completely skips this one.
​Here is what I’ve tried so far:
​If I send it to clean that room via the app, it leaves the dock, moves about half a meter forward, turns around to face the dock, and says there is no access.
​If I manually pick it up and place it inside that room, it either says "No access" or tells me it's "looking for its position," then drives out and gives the same error.
​Even if I manually drive it into the room using the remote control feature from the base, it still refuses to clean it for the same reason.
​I really don't want to remap the whole house from scratch if I can avoid it. Has anyone encountered this issue or know how to fix it without losing the map? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Worth checking the map for a no-go zone or virtual wall across that doorway, as tapping it should let you delete it. If there's nothing there, I'd factory reset and let it remap, as I don't know a way round it without losing the map.

Could you please indicate which room on the map the robot is unable to enter?

Based on the behavior you described, we suspect that the robot may have detected an obstacle in the passage leading to that room and mistakenly identified the route as inaccessible. As a result, it may consider the room unreachable and display the "No access" message.

We recommend temporarily removing the obstacle marked in the attached image and then testing whether the robot can enter and clean the room normally.
