Feature request: mark carpet fringes on map

My Dreame robot vaccuum still struggles with longer carpet fringes and often times gets tangled up. I've tried the obivous workarounds like setting a virtual wall or no-go areas. Unfortunately, none of these options is really a perfect solution.

Why not provide the option, to manually mark the areas on the map where there are carpet fringes? That way, the robot would be able to disable the main and side brushes and/or suction power when driving over the fringes.

Good shout. Dropping the brushes just over the fringe would beat losing the whole edge of the rug to a no-go zone.

Sorry about not having the function to detect the carpet fringes, you can try to set a larger carpet zone, which is a little bit larger than the original one. Thus, the robot can fully prepare before cleaning the carpet zone
