X50 Ultra not cleaning

X50 Ultra has just finished cleaning my apartment on Clean Genius mode.  It has covered the kitchen both hoovering and mopping but a lot of debris remains. The floor isn’t clean by any standard. And the debris isn’t stuck or heavy.

Worth checking nothing's clogging the edges of the dirt collection vents, as that blocks the airflow, and give the filter and brush a clean too. If it's still leaving debris after that, email aftersales@dreame.tech with your SN.

Could you please let us know how the robot moves when this issue occurs?

For example, does it clean in straight lines , or does it move in an irregular/curved pattern instead?

Additionally, could you please send us a video showing the robot during the cleaning process and the debris left behind afterward? This will help us better understand the situation and determine whether the issue is related to navigation, cleaning performance, or another factor.
