Cleaning x50

went from x40 to x50. the new x50 doesn't clean well at all, missing edges, not picking up large particles and banging against edges  badly , I thought given the price it would be much better and instead it also gets stuck on carpets and cleans senselessly

Sì ma deve pulirlo bene non peggio del predecessore, non possono far uscire un prodotto così scadente

That’s worrying - was considering upgrading to the x50, but not if this is the case.  Have you got all the same settings on as you did with the x40?
