Salve perché nonostante il robot sia perfettamente funzionante, e segna la batteria al 100%, quando apro l'applicazione c'è la scritta "batteria scarica"?!... si sta verificamdo da 2 giorni

Clear cache from app , turn off the robot, turn off the base. Leave off some minutes and then turn on all again. Check if the problem is solved. Before you do these opertions ,’pls clean all the sensors. If the problem is not solved, try to do a reset
