Lose connection

My L20 lose connection when goes on standby.
Never had any problem in 2 years till this week

Regarding your question about L20 ultra, we recommend

1. Check whether the robot has been turned off. If it is turned off, please press and hold the power button of the robot to turn it on, and then reconfigure the network.(tap "+Add Device" to reconfigure the network)

2. Please open the cover of the robot and pay attention to the status of the Wi-Fi indicator when configuring the network. The Wi-Fi indicator turns to solid blue, which means the connection is successful.

3. If the Wi-Fi indicator is solid blue, but the APP shows the device offline, please try to configure the network again. (tap "+Add Device" to reconfigure the network). Kindly note if the robot is reset, the maps or other settings will be reset as well.

4. If the Wi-Fi indicator flashes, please check if your network connection signal is weak, while cleaning, the robot will be offline when it is in poor Wi-Fi coverage.

5. If the device still cannot connect, please try to turn off the router and turn it on again, then refresh the APP to see if the robot will be online.
