map goes crooked

The folder becomes crooked after vacuuming.
Every time I fix it but it keeps coming back. I already cleaned the wheels and sensors.

Which device are you using? Have you tried resetting it to factory settings and remapping the house? Also, consider changing the dock station's position to another room and remapping the house.

Thanks for your answer. I haven't tried a factory reset yet. I'll try moving the dock first and then the reset. I'll let you know if 1 of 2 works.
