Regarding your question about L10 ultra, we recommend:
Please try to fix the issue by following the steps below first:
1. After washing mop pads , remove the mop pad from the mop pad holder, only install the mop pad holder into the robot, start mopping task from base station, wait for 5 minuites, check if there are any water droplets on the ground.
2. If no water flows out in the test above, please remove the mop pad holder, then use iron wire, toothpicks, or other items to poke the water outlets at the bottom of the robot. Check if the mopping issue will be fixed.
