Dear RA344543,
This may be caused by your base station not producing water or the robot not producing water.
If your base station does not produce water, you can try to solve it by following the following method:
1.Check whether added cleaning fluid from other brands? It may cause blockages in the internal piping and water pump.
2.Check whether there is foreign objects blocking the seal plug and piping inside the clean water tank.
3.Remove the robot, press and hold the dock button of base station for 3 seconds to check if water comes out. If it does, rinse the bottom of the base station and briefly press the dock button on the base to recycle the clean and waste water. If the base station does not produce water, you can try unplugging the power supply of the base station, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back to see if the problem is solved.
If the robot does not come out of the water, you can try the following method:
1. Check whether there are any water droplets flowing out:
Remove the mop pad and only install the mop pad holder, choose Mopping mode on APP and start mopping, check whether there are water drops on the ground during mopping.
3. Check if there is any scale blockage:
If no water flows out in the test of step 1, please use iron wire, toothpicks or other items to poke the water outlets at the bottom of the robot , and then repeat the above operation. Check if the mopping function works after trying the above steps.
