My dreame move m1 has an error

When we try and use it to clean, the robot says:”check and clean filter” (I believe it says “check”) and a red light appears. We cleaned everything and the filter is clean as well. What’s the problem? We bought it less than a year ago. This is disappointing

Regarding your question about MOVA M1, we recommend :

Please follow the steps below to try to fix your issues.
The filter may be blocked, please clean the filter first. Open the robot cover and press the bin clip to remove the dust bin. Then remove the filter and tap the filter gently to remove dust and debris on the surface. Please rinse the filter with clean water and ensure it is fully dried before installing it back in the dust bin for use. Then turn on the robot and check if it can work normally.

If you have completed the above steps but still can't solve the problem, then you need to contact the after-sales department to provide you with further solutions. Remember to provide the SN number and invoice, they will give you priority to provide you with a solution ^-^
