H14 Pro Cleaning solution

3 questions below. Can you guys help me please.

1. How does the Automatic Cleaning Solution dosing work? Does it dose on the brush directly or into the clean water tank?

2. I do not see any inlet into the clean water except this rubbery thing on top (see photo). Does it need to removed? I do not see any instruction for this.

3. I live in Switzerland and cannot find a shop that sells the cleaning solution and replacement brush and filter...Can you recommend?

Regarding your question about H14 pro, we recommend:

1. Regarding how to add cleaning solution:

1). Cleaning solution does not need to be added to the brush manually. It does not need to be added to the clean water tank.

2). Open the cover of the cleaning solution box, fill it with the cleaning solution, and close the cover tightly.

3). Turn on the auto distribute switch, and then the screen will light up. The appliance will intelligently adjust the ratio of cleaning solution to water according to the dirt on the floor to clean the floor efficiently.

2. Regarding the rubber-like object on the top:

You do not need to remove it. The black square in the depression next to it can be opened. After opening, you can add clean water.

3. Regarding the store where you can buy cleaning solution and replacement brushes:

i understand how to add the cleaning solution to the specific tank. I'm asking how does the dosing system work,does the cleaning solution flow from the cleaning solution tank to clean water tank?

or does the system dose the cleaning solution automatically to the brush when the mop is running?
