Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we suggest to follow below steps to retry.
1) Make sure to download the latest Dreame Home App, turn on Bluetooth of your phone and open Dreame Home App location permission on phone setting before connection.
2) It is recommended to set the your home Wi-Fi name and password to English or numbers, and it is not recommended to use special symbols.
3) If your router is a 2.4G/5G dual band, please turn off the 5G band in the router settings; the router needs to be set to "Allow other devices to join". the router settings cannot hide the Wi-Fi signal while connection.
4) Please make sure to enter the correct Wi-Fi username and password.
5) Please use one mobile phone to release hotspot and use another mobile phone to connect the hotspot and then connect the robot to check whether the wifi connection is successful.
