No dirty water in the tank from washing mop pads, station is completely dry and mop pads are dry. So it's not depending water to clean the mop pads. I hear no water. There is a full water tank topped up.

Please follow below steps to have a check.
1.Check whether added cleaning fluid from other brands? It may cause blockages in the internal piping and water pump.
2.Check whether there is foreign objects blocking the seal plug and piping inside the clean water tank.
3.Remove the robot, press and hold the dock button of base station for 3 seconds to check if water comes out. If it does, rinse the bottom of the base station and briefly press the dock button on the base to recycle the clean and waste water. If the base station does not produce water, you can try unplugging the power supply of the base station, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back to see if the problem is solved.
