Why does my Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 leave marks on the floor when cleaning with water?

Regarding your question about D10 Plus Gen  2, we recommend：

After the mopping is completed, the water on the floor evaporates, and it is normal to leave some watermarks.

The obviousness of watermark has a lot to do with the floor material and light. It is recommended to set to clean regularly, and replace the mop pad in time. The floor will become cleaner and the water stains will become less and less obvious. It is recommended to use Dreame special cleaning solution to make the floor cleaner and brighter.

Just bought a Dreame d10 plus, no water flow

The first time i used mopping it worked just fine . Now it's not working and there is no waterflow . Just sweeping even when I choose mopping with maximum water flow
